1. What do I need to do to sell my gold?

1. Sort & weigh your gold, then use our gold calculator to find out how much cash you’d get.
2. Post your gold and completed form to us – don’t forget to sign the form!
3. Your money will be sent to you via your preferred payment method

2. Do you buy silver?
No, we only buy gold and platinum jewellery.

3. Do you buy watches?
Yes! We buy gold watches. We are also looking to buy Rolex watches. We will need to see your watch to offer you the best price, so please call or visit.

4. What do I do if my gold isn’t hallmarked?
Don’t worry. Our trained staff will perform a simple test to determine whether your item is gold. If it’s not gold, we will return it to you.

5. How do you decide how much I will get?
The amount we offer you depends on the carat and weight of your gold and the current gold price. You can use our gold calculator to find out more.

6. Do you buy diamond rings?
Yes! We also pay top prices for diamond rings. We will need to see your ring to offer you the best price, so please call or visit us.

7. How do I get my cash?
You can choose your preferred payment method.

1. QuickPay - cash paid directly into your bank account
2. Cash sent to you in the post
3. Cheque sent to you in the post
4. Bank Transfer. We have to charge an admin fee of £25.

8. What happens if I weigh my gold incorrectly or there is a lot of non-gold i.e. gem stones included in my weight?
Don’t worry. Our trained staff use specialist gold scales. They re-weigh all packages. If there is a discrepancy we will contact you immediately with a revised offer.
